An interactive lecture about 'Munay' consists of two parts. At first, Jessica relates to the meaning of the word munay and the layering of the symbol. Also, munay, the will to love, is associated with forgiveness.
Then, you get acquainted with munay-technique, and it is briefly evaluated.
A lecture can stand on its own but is also an introduction to the workshop. Afterward, there is the opportunity to meet Jessica personally.

Ask yourself the questions: what lives with you? What inspires you, and can you express this too? And what is it that hinders you from living in freedom? Are you prepared to forgive your past and choose again? How can I keep my balance in a rapidly changing wold?
In search for answers, you will make a journey through yourself, and you learn utilize the munay-symbol as your compass. With this compass, you get to know the munay-technique.
The munay-technique is aimed at letting go of or forgive your obstructing beliefs. By using the method, you can get an answer to your questions.
During your journey with munay, the following elements get attention:-forgiving,-self-love and authenticity,-learn to guard your personal boundary,-feel your feminine and masculine qualities,-building and maintaining healthy relationships.
What are we going to do?
We start the day with the explanation of munay, both the meaning of the word, the symbol, and the accompanying poem. There is attention to discover the different layers that are in all three. There is ample opportunity for exchanging experience and insights.
In the second part of the workshop, we will practice the munay technique.
Head and Heart
The explanation of Munay and the technique appeals to our heads because we have to understand what it is all about. To be able to feel the value of the material in our hearts, we take the time to share experiences and insights, and we do some exercises.
By connecting head and heart, knowledge and experience, the Munay technique is well integrated into everyday life.
The workshop will be opened at 10 a.m. and closed at 16.30 pm with a simple ceremony. For this, you can bring a personal item, for example, a ring, stone or an image. This can be added to the center of the ceremony.
All participants will obtain a syllabus. In it you will find a concise explanation of the topics covered during the workshop. In the back of the booklet, there is room for taking notes. The syllabus and your strength object give you a tangible reminder of this day and are an energetic anchor.
Coffee, tea, water, and something tasty are available. You have to provide your lunch yourself.
